WITH YOU FROM START TO FINISH

Here's How The Process Might Look:

Initial Contact and Details Exchange

You provide us with basic information about your property. We then express interest and request more detailed information.

Property Evaluation and Offer

We conduct an initial assessment and present you with a preliminary offer. If you're interested, we proceed to the next stage.

Involving Solicitors

Both parties appoint solicitors. Your solicitor provides us with title deeds and other relevant legal documents regarding the property.

Legal Due Diligence

Our solicitor conducts thorough due diligence, including title checks, land registry searches, and ensuring there are no legal impediments to the sale.

Formal Offer and Negotiation

After successful due diligence, we make a formal offer. Your solicitor reviews this offer with you, advising on its terms and handling negotiations if necessary.

Agreement Drafting

Once an agreement is reached, our solicitor drafts the purchase contract, which your solicitor reviews and approves.

Signing and Exchange of Contracts

Both parties sign the contract, legally committing to the transaction.

Completion Arrangements

Solicitors arrange a completion date. All necessary documentation and the remaining balance of the purchase price are prepared for transfer.

Completion and Transfer of Funds

On the completion date, funds are transferred to your account. The property ownership is officially transferred to us.

Post-Completion Formalities

Your solicitor handles post-completion formalities, such as paying any due taxes and submitting necessary forms to the land registry.
